Re: Sunderland away

Great night. I remember pitching up at Newcastle in my red and white Robins shirt and went into a pub over the road to wait for my mates. I got some grim looks and then the barman noticed the Club logo......"sithee - if you beat them Makem tonight, we will make a a freeman of the city" LOL...

Proud to be a Robin

Brilliant night but my head hurts this morning LOL. Duffo and the Team and everyone involved have done a massive job during difficult circumstances and fully deserve it. I can only imagine what it would have been like with the fans in the ground but some great stuff on social media with fans celebra...

Spot on Nesty.....we have watched many up and downs since the '50s but what Duffo has done this season tops everything considering all that is going on. Cotters took us to where we are but since March last year this has been a real challenge for us all and hats off to the Club. Had another virtual w...

A weird day - as normal during lockdown, waking at 5am.....do some work and then a virtual walk to the Kemble around midday(memories), then settled down to watch the game. Sat with a beer thinking....please make us proud boys with millions watching. Well, they did us proud and made a good side look ...

I thought we played some cracking football yesterday and I just hope we can get back into the ground ...
