Yes, as the Manager said and reported. Despite his bad back he can still pick up stirring spoons dropped around town.

Nice to see so many positive minded fans . It puts the moaners in to context. Bottom four position or not people like to see battlers fighting hard.

Re: Lincoln City
We had Caribbean and East Asian investment. In the 1930's we had major investment from Cheltonians. The only way the Racecourse move could work is if the Prestbury Park owners bought CTFC. I think they have since built on the area that was being suggested. It looks like the County Council are buildi...

Back in the 70's we had Robins Review and another couple of monthlies as well as programmes. All produced for a much smaller fan base.I still have some.

Sad to see the programme go. It was a means of communication and crediting sponsors and advertisers. Maybe the Trust could fill the gap with a publication .

Re: COE and or DOF
I don't think the issue was Mickey Moore going himself, so much as having no plan for when he did leave. At best, this was naive on the Board's part. At worst, reckless. I have spent today updating my succession plan at work. My team of 12 is relatively stable, at least more stable than a league fo...

Re: tinker man and next season
Have you listened to the Trust podcast with Paul Baker? He explains in some detail why a CEO isn't necessarily needed at Cheltenham. Clarifies that we did in fact have one at one time and it simply didn't work. That's not to say it won't work now, I just don't think it's necessarily the golden tick...

It is not a weird statement. You often post as if you speak for others. I do watch the forum and read the posts and other post their opinions, which I respect, but you post as if you are speaking for others and show no respect. Where did I say anything to deny there are disgruntled fans ? Where did I...

Re: Open Letter to the Board
I don't understand why Bloxham is getting so much heat. He was poor on Thursday, no doubt about that, but he isn't a dictator and all decisions by the board are done on votes. Why is it suddenly Bloxham that's suddenly the bad guy and not, say, Murry Toms or Clive Gowing, or David Beesley, or Paul ...

Re: Open Letter to the Board
So having a qualified solicitor who lots of fans feel isn't the right fit for the role is better then  Bloxham also has no money and no connection with fans. I want this club in the best possible hands and I don't believe that's currently the case. "Lots of fans"? Have you done a su...

Re: Shrewsbury big loss
Two things: 1. Some of that loss would have been down to Agents fees; I gather about a third of Shrewsbury’s loss was down to Agents fees. The amounts paid to Agents by each club has recently been released. It’s eye watering. 2. If you hire a professional such as a solicitor, you will pay the fees....

Adulai Sambu
Below are the stats on Adulai at Hungerford who are in playoff contention. Added to his fifteen goals in twenty games at Cirencester he has done well out on loan playing mainly in midfield. Will we keep him at age twenty(almost) to develop if we are in League 2 or throwaway the time and money invest...

Re: Cheltenham Town v Bristol Rovers
The Manager mentions the "walking wounded" .Is Sloggett one of them or a misuse of money that we are short of? Maybe I have missed mention of an injury . The line up yesterday was baffling. Kinsella in a position to start where he is less effective and then Harrop being put there when he c...

Re: Surely not another 30 pieces of silver
Half season tickets were available at Christmas.A bigger take up might have preserved block 7 and eight however I would always prefer our supporters to be in the Colin Farmer and would have not reserved this section for opposition for the last three games. Exeter supporters were giving abuse to peop...

I was at the game. The ironic jeers he received were in in sarcastic jest. One of the tallest and most athletic players on the pitch only won 2 headers...both unopposed. My 14 year old daughter would best him in the air. I became frustrated too...when he stopped jumping! We all like to be melodrama...

Whilst on the subject of strikers I thought the abuse nuttall received last night was well out of line. Re: Cheltenham Town v Carlisle United
We started with 3 up front yesterday Horlick and none of them looked like they knew how to play with each other. Harrop was lost so started coming to the wing to get the ball, Thomas was double marked and looked like a kid in mens football whilst whilst Nuttall didn't win a header or a flick on to ...

If you play 4 at the back you must play 2 up front and not leave Nuttall on his own. Harrop on the wing? Who would have thought of that? Did not suit him.
