So in summary, having looked at the detail in this thread, together with Bloxham’s response, if the Trust had been willing to pay 50% of a ‘tiny fraction’ of £20,000, then would the board have agreed to support the review.

If they are so passionate about this point, that seems a decent offer?

I believe this is not the first striker we have signed from Bedford Town (although I may have my facts wrong). I think we signed John Symonds in around 1995 midway through the season for about £10,000, but my recollection is we cocked up the paperwork and he walked away on a free 6 months later.
