People on the Robins Nest: The club are clueless, they aren't doing enough to bring in new money, The club: Announces new stadium sponsor. People on the Robins Nest: This is s#!t. with all due respect the ground has been sponsored for years now, so its nothing 'new' is it. also at this level I'm in...

Re: Mickey Moore

He gets the year we played Man City wrong. De Bruyne played as well apparently (he didn't). Apparently 3-5-2 was entirely his idea, Duff only wanted to stick to 4-4-2. He claims we tried it against Arsenal and won 6-2 (he says 6-3 but nevermind), which was correct, but then drew 0-0 with Ebbsfleet,...

Has anyone spotted any CTFC flags at the Euros? There always used to be a CHELTENHAM flag at England games, surely there must be some representation there?

Re: Lincoln is an ambitious club

What I find frustrating about this can be summed up in the population numbers for Lincoln and Cheltenham, and then comparing those figures with average League attendance for both clubs: Cheltenham population 116,000 Lincoln population 110,000 Lincoln City FC average attendance 2023/24 = 8,400 Chelt...

Bringing it back to CTFC, wouldn't it be great to have a player (I'm looking at you Jordan Thomas) who nets a similarly spectacular sum of money for the club in transfer fees and future sell-ons? Even 10% of a future sell-on would be £2m out of a £20m deal. And £20m is modest in Premier League term...

Just looking at their history, after some time in the dregs of Div 4 they got relegated to non league and only promoted to Div 3 a season before we did then relegated back to non league the next season. So CTFC have had more time in the league since 1999.

Reading’s women’s team have been disbanded along with the girls’ academy. Possibly the most despicable and shameful episode in Dai Yongge’s ownership (and that’s a high bar to clear). I really don't think we have much choice in the matter to be honest. Out of contract players we have no hold over and if they are any good will get offers we can't meet.
