Re: Ground redevelopment
The reason that the club haven't redeveloped the old stand is because it is not viable. What would a new stand cost? Three, four, five million? You'd have to sell an awful lot of hospitality boxes in order for it to pay for itself. There's no point in bankrupting the club for the sake of a vanity pr...

Re: Player of the year and other nominations
Tozer for me.
Has been so good that he has allowed Duff to play with a back three not four. Has impacted up the other end as well.
His goal-line clearance against Man City typified the commitment of the whole team.

We are trying to win the league while only scoring only one goal a game. Will be quite an achievement if we can do it.

Boyle Raglan Tozer. The best back line in league 2.
Not surprised by the interest in Boyle. Goal scoring centre halfs are precious.

The sense of entitlement at that club is incredible. Some of the replacement manager names being banded about on their forum are laughable.
He must have known he was on his way out. You don't let the managers contract run out if you want to keep him. He only had a month left anyway

We're all a bit disappointed but to be top three at this stage of the season is a massive achievement and a credit to Michael Duff. His reaction post-match might puzzle some but he knows his squad are over-achieving right now and being critical won't help. We ought to remember that we've been playin...

Seems a strange appointment in some ways. Just seen his presser on You Tube. He looked a bit world-weary to me and seemed poorly prepared for the obvious questions that came his way. Will always be a legend at Cheltenham though. Three and a half year deal - he's obviously convinced the man that coun...

I think playing Jonte Smith up front sent the wrong signal to the players. In other words

got going.

Agree Robin
Hopefully Duff will keep Broom focussed on continuing his good form this time while negotiations go on in the background
Has to be at least £250,000 based on what I saw last night. His assist for the first goal was breathtaking

Thanks Jon What a special guy. I've followed his career quite closely. He's taken on some strange jobs when I think about it. Yes FGR will certainly win the league next year, they’ll buy four or five good players and the likes of us won’t be able to compete. I just hope they waste their money on another of our also-rans like they did Winnie last year. Bingham is a great player I’ve heard, mr Vince... Tranmere deserved win...

We've only just got the pitch back to lasting pretty well through a full season and using it to good effect by playing attractive football. If we were to start another ground share then we might as well sign up for 2500 crowds and relegation again. I would seriously consider not renewing my season ...

I'm sorry but Forster is really poor.
I don't know what his contract situation is but we should get rid if at all possible.
There are far too many poor players but thankfully Duffo is getting the best out of what he has
It's the sign of a good manager

Despite this they are only a few points ahead of FGR FGR may well comply with FFP rules, that's not the issue. The issue is there are large sums of...
