I think it is because Portsmouth have sold their 1500 allocation so they are not selling any online - the only way is to call during a lunch break at work if you can or pay on the day.

If it helps, I had ticket 1310 in the Colin Farmer Stand so assuming they are sold in order, you will likely have purchased the ticket just after 2.30pm from the ticket seller near the bar in the Colin Farmer Stand .
