Re: Cheltenham Town v Alvechurch
I expect to be out battled by lower league teams, it's their big day, but to be out played by a team from 4 leagues below to record the club's worst ever result is beyond embarrassing. I hid my scarf in my pocket on the way home, I was ashamed to wear it after that pathetic gutless exhibition. Until...

He certainly did and was the arse responsible for getting Spence sent off after his high speed hat trick; I've never forgiven him for that no matter how good his play acting was.

Re: Goalkeeper
I stand behind the goal and can't remember hearing his voice, no contact with his defenders which leads to the kind of shambles for the first goal on Saturday. In pre season I could hear McDonald from the half way line. McD is also several inches taller which means he gets off his line on crosses, s...

Re: Cheltenham Town v Bristol Rovers
My biggest problem with Southgate is his silence, I stand behind the goal and have never heard an attempt at communication with his defenders hence the shambles of the first goal. In pre season I could hear McDonald no matter which part of the ground I was in, must be worth a try.

The people who understand the financial system have spoken on the "mini budget"; the pound is at it's lowest point in history and the stock market had a mini crash. If they thought it was a good idea both would have risen immediately. Over to you Mr Kwarteng.

Re: Wade Elliott after the defeat at Accrington Stanley
If Elliott is as inspiring in the dressing room as he is in an interview, I'm not surprised we give away goals early; the players are probably half asleep when they come on. i've started reading the interviews rather than listen to them so I don't doze off.

Totally agree with your list of players not up to it in this league, Ben, and I'd add Norton and Barkers. I suspect it's too late to get rid of all 9 and get replacements but I think they should at least make the effort.

Definitely, he's one of these players you don't always realise how much he contributes till he's not there. While other players like JDH and Broom run around at pace, Thomas stays calm and cool and runs the midfield.

Fantastic performance by our youngsters, the defence was particularly impressive even after having to make a sub half an hour in. At no point did it look like Prem v lge 2 and they could have nicked it on several occasions. Well done lads, you can hold your heads high after that performance.

OK here's a reasonable complaint; 5 days to the Grimsby game and not a word on tickets, travel etc. The communication from the club really is dire, whether this is RJ's fault or him not being told by the club we have no way of knowing, but the lack of information lately has been dreadful.

Just as well they played their reserves, 9 changes from Saturday. Amond would have had double figures against that static defence. We know Ince is a quality player but how long before he starts to prove it, Saturday and last night he looked like a 50 year old Sunday league player. Sadly the only way...

The board of CTFC and the people running Parklands have both changed completely since this agreement came into being. If nothing was written down, there could be a lot of balls being talked by anyone and everyone involved. Give them a fiver and call it quits.

He's scoring goals like a striker so we should put a striker's price on him, any bid under £500,000 should be laughed at and told to get real.
