All the indicators are that Cureton may be a valid target for us then, we know we can compete with Exeter on the wages front after gazzumping them last season for Jones and Deering.

Leven looks the perfect fit for us in midfield, scores goals, can pick a pass and replace Marlon. Only sticking point may be wages as he was one of Poxfords main earners.

The guy has just finished amongst the top scorers in this division and is capable of creating chances. If we sign him I will be happy.

If this turns out to be true he would be fine on a one year deal, he had an amazing season at Exeter.

Cureton seems to be the latest name linked with us.

I'd take Danny Hylton but I am assuming we are looking for a marquee/number one striker so probably aiming higher than the names mentioned.

Hunt was good in the Premier league but so was Darren Carter, neither are anywhere near that standard anymore.

Sharps is a great centre half but not alongside Elliott we would have no pace at all in the centre in that case. Also no to Odejayi, he is not good enough for where we want to be.

This we should definitely be in for the likes of Zola and cherry picking players from smaller clubs.

From what I have seen of Lee Molyneux he is a decent lower league midfielder and would do well at a bigger club i.e. us or Chesterfield.
