Re: Glos 2022

Chelt ckt fest a pale imitation of previous years; leaving aside the squads performance the dearth of fooderies and 'club' tents make for a poor atmosphere. Decent crowds but many felt the same. Hopefully ECB will allow a better fixture sequence and GCCC are sensible and allow the return of the tent...

Re: It is cricket.

Miss the tents; food outlets few and far between [not a wide choice of fare either], public stand small compared to other seasons, no tiered seating for members at the chapel as in previous years. A rather lacklustre aura. Although getting hammered by Hamps good to see young Hammond get a truly dese...

Going over to Glos - Horton road by train to watch the game . Dog track around the pitch.

certainly remember that; must have been all of pre-double digit years. As for B Moore esq., he was delight to watch at Upton Park. Peters though was the player; so far ahead of his time. Hurst ok'ish!

Re: Michael Duff to Barnsley

I wish good luck to MD, he has done a fantastic job here at CTFC as a player and even better as a manager. Do feel that this was slightly premature though. Do hope, as a few have suggested, we appoint an up and coming younger manager and that he has some funds to play with. I assume that 'funds' wer...

Really pleased and delighted that one of the 'stalwarts' might take over the reins. Intrigued that Shade has fronted this before - not as Pitbull by any chance [I enjoyed his witty and often pithy remarks...!]? On the scoring front I actually agree that crowd/cards etc are a red herring - and also c...

Hi JRA - Thanks - would be very pleased if you do. Would at this stage suggest a similar format as a simple excel spreadsheet will suffice.; and stick too a manageable number of participants unless you produce a whizzy software programme rather like OTC does for FGR!
Enjoy the 'summer'.
