I would go by the name Shandy Love Machine.
Ben - good to see you back here, while watching in I used to enjoy your posts, straight to the point and with plenty of humour. You brought some levity and brevity to the gravity and bavery.

Re: Chairman refuses BBC Radio Glos interview
I've always been surprised at the attitude of some of you to Radio Gloucestershire. Although the rugby takes precedence, and should do in terms of local interest, you've always done very well out of the remaining sports airtime. With FGR now taking some of that particular pie I guess you may feel ha...

There's often a Cheltenham flag at the England games. That guy watches them more than the Robins.

Re: FGR again
FGR seem to attract some bad luck don’t they? A few weeks ago it was the new kit debacle, which is still not resolved in terms of delivery of the kit from the new supplier. Ownership of Doidge could be key in this possible administration situation. Do Bolton own him because he is a registered playe...

Once you reach your 20,000th post then why not publish the lot of them as a compendium - it'd be a Christmas stocking filler.

No comment or apology for your distasteful and disturbing mocking of suicide, the biggest killer of men in my age bracket in the U.K? RCS, I refer you to your post of 16 Nov 2013 @ 17.51 where you say: "Hope someone shoots them in the face." http://www.robinsnestforum.co.uk/viewtopic.php?...

Re: Cooper
They say that you reap what you sow, and as a keen gardener I can confirm that this not always so as failure to germinate, disease, lack of water and poor soil nutrients are all variables that affect this binary argument. Although where the saying is true is that if you don't sow then you don't reap...

Re: Chairman refuses BBC Radio Glos interview
Don't you have a 'fan's director' on the board? Why not put together a list of your concerns, nominate 2 or 3 nest reps to meet with said director so you can explain what you mean, and then request that the item is on the agenda for the next club board meeting and a response given to each point. I t...

Come on Tommy, rein it in a bit. As a footballing non-conformist and social inadequate, I can emphasise with you, and understand how you might instinctively punch out against the wolf pack, but don't let yourself be bullied into submission. Like a mini haystack with a needle inside, covered by a big...

Football watch
For those of you not making the journey to Northampton there are a couple of local options available. Firstly City entertain the pride of Truro - Truro - at Evesham 3pm, tickets can be purchased on the gate but get there late to avoid disappointment. There is also the opportunity to watch the fortun...

Also, friends of ours have this for their 18 month old, perhaps Mal would benefit from a quick read: So you failed to answer the question-how predictable. I only answer questions when there is a question to be answered. There is no question the Earth is a globe therefore there is no need to engage ...

Re: Neighbours down to 20
Thomas - It seems to me that Rovers have enough quality, and some decent points already, to suggest they should easily avoid a relegation battle. My guessing is that this will relax the team, and fans, and take the pressure off. And what with this being the first time at this level in that situation...

I've always had enormous respect for Paul Baker, its a shame he supported the wrong side. He was at Evesham for the City v Torquay match, to get his match fix, he's a football man. From what I've heard, and the odd occasion I have met him, he seems like a thoroughly nice chap, and there aint a lot o...

Re: Cheltenam / Forestgreen or Gloucester city
Good evening gentlemen. I see nothing changes, Robin still doesn't know his cardinal arse from his ordinal elbow. OTC is of course numerically on the button, and I would also disagree with Robin's thoughts on fan base. There is so much latent support in the City if we could only get our act together...

You lot are like a pack of dogs on a wounded animal. First City, now Wolves. Sociologists / pstchologists would have a field day studying this forum.
