Re: Cheltenham Town v Fleetwood Town
Midfield void. How many times did freestone or Davies have the ball, and no outlet . Just so static . So then Southwood kicks long and every time , their defenders won the header . Felt we lost that game in the middle . Not going to cite individuals , just to say , there is no real midfield unit th...

Re: The cost
I believe a proper CEO would have advised the club to dismiss Wade Elliott after the Alvechurch game, the writing was on the wall then for all to see and i doubt if he would have sanctioned the signing for a club record fee of Aiden Keena who looks National league standard at best.I also think a dece...

Re: Lincoln City v Cheltenham Town
I’m with Ralph on the situation. 6 points, even better 9 points and the place will get a buzz rebirth. I am convinced we have the playing squad that can be moulded to perform much better. I tend to think Cheltenham have got found out by opposition managers/coaches as we’ve played the same style for...

Re: WADE ELLIOTT GONE
I think it's more than social media though. A number of people I know who don't voice opinions on social media have turned in the past week. A couple of weeks ago I said if we play like we did against Northampton Wade's in trouble, but play like we did against Barnsley and Wade will be fine because...

I would certainly be up for that, but preferably in our main bar with "DEYA" at half price financed by our full board including the mystery shareholders who i doubt would welcome an inquisition.

We will hopefully have just one coach/manager shouting advice from the technical area instead of 3 which has been usual this season and must have been confusing for the players.

Re: NEXT MANAGER SHORTLIST
Tisdale would be another Buckle or Allen, so no doubt that be who the board hire. I think we want someone who has some experience and likely to stick around and rebuild us if the worst happens. The Cowleys would be excellent but feel unrealistic so likely Artell or Clarke. Tisdale always dresses as...

Echoing on the points of last nights excellent Pod, I’d like to see a little clarity from the board on what has been done to try to generate investment and revenue into the club? Re: Pre match warm up routine . Grrrrrrrrrr
The warm up is essential for "elite" athletes, but the shooting drills are more likely getting a feel for the pitch and atmosphere at least on the bigger grounds.
I knew a footballer who never liked scoring in the warm up,rather save the goals for match proper.

A lot of negativity around the club so soon into the new season. Shame I do think the board are too protective of their positions in the club and resist any attempts or approaches from outside to offer advice or assistance,a sort of seige mentality which results in a lack of real progress on and of...

I have waited until now to try to put my thoughts down after Saturday's performance in order to try to come up with some positives but I am still struggling to find any. We need a centre forward who engages with defenders denying them time to play and making space for Keena and proper midfield to exploit.

Was really impressed with the catering and bar behind the speedy skips today . Great job by the club. Yes it’s expensive . £6.50 for a can of deya beer (nice one though ). But if you’ve been to Wembley recently , it’s still very reasonable . At that price no ones going to celebrate a goal by throwi...

We seem to have 3 managers shouting orders from the dug-out,doesn`t Wade want to accept ownership of this group of players, a slight concern if that`s the case.

I've not seen yesterday's game, but heard we reverted to a back 4 in the 2nd half and anecdotally we looked better - was this the case? Can't remember us ever really doing it last season so I wonder if a more flexible approach could be on the cards thus season. As we know MM was the genius behind 3...

Re: Change in approach?
In respect of Bonds - It’s just his levels of consistency. Clearly, the more consistently you hit the 7 out of 10 performances (or better) in a match, the higher you will play. The assist that Bonds played in to Keena in the game v WBA was world class. If you slow the action right down he completel...

This puzzled me. These aren't Gloucestershire sayings I don't think? "Mint" is pretty generic for "excellent" and mush is Cockney rhyming slang I think? Maybe they should have gone for something more local: "Get this shirt or be a dinlo" Mush is a very Gloucestershire/...

If the board are aware of these comments they must seriously do something about the totally "not fit for purpose" main stand if we remain in the EFL 1. Especially as they are losing so much income because of the lack of accommodation in the ground.

Re: Micky Moore speaks of move
None of this quite rings true. Micky Moore excited by the vision and drive of the Board, and yet their manager doesn’t appear to have been aware of the Director of Football position prior to it being advertised. That isn’t going to end well. Presumably Cotterill will be exiting very shortly. Centra...
