Re: Well done Matt
It's a missed opportunity, because there are places you can put the ball that the keeper barely has a chance of getting to it, but I wouldn't say it's a miss if on target. It's either saved or it's off-target and missed.

Didn't have any effect on me when I bought mine. I was going to renew even if half of the current team were shipped out.

And yet Scotland beat 4th-in-the-world ranked Croatia 1-0 on Friday night. Although Croatia were pretty tame. Something like 15 shots and not one on target to Scotland's 4 shots with 1 on target. Meh. Not much of a crash. Nobody injured. Nothing (except a bit of a tree and a small plane) destroyed. Even the homeowners seem thrilled to have it happen in their back garden. Maybe all sizes of plane should have gigantic parachute in case they start going down...

I hope he's got good signage outside the place - I've not noticed anything saying "this isn't EXS anymore". Let's face it, if people don't know it's a regular pub now then it's unlikely to get many new customers.

I think we are perceived as rubbish, not a proper club, no ambition etc. by a large chunk of the community sadly. I think that is because the Premier League is so all encompassing. At seven years old, kids think everything outside Man U, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal etc is 'rubbish'. It's just kids ...
