We can't get Colchester Mal. We play one of the seeded teams.

MarkHalliwell
Wolves in Northern half unfortunately, yet Birmingham, Peterborough and Leicester in the south...
MarkHalliwell
I'd like Brentford, Brighton, Charlton, Leicester, Ipswich, MK, Millwall or Peterborough as I haven't done their grounds.

Apart from Crawley, Peterborough and Ipswich, I wouldn't mind any of those teams away from home.

One thing that does not seem to make sense.

On the official site:

"The first round draw is seeded based on the final league positions of teams from the 2012/13 season"

(Read more at http://www.ctfc.com/news/article/capita ... JMjhwpT.99" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)

However, look at the corresponding seedings and you'll see we are below teams we finished above of in the league, and above one that we did!

The listings are in alphabetical order, RCS.

The award of a seeding is determined by league position, not the order of non seeds on the list, which are alphabetical.

I went to brighton last season, so there isn't a ground on the list I have not been to.
There are five where I have not seen Cheltenham play, but only one which I can get to after a working day
So Birmingham City (away) please.

Would love to progress from the first round, so Bristol City, Crawley, or Orient at Whaddon would be nice.

I never said that, but in MY opinion, they would be the teams we have a chance of beating.

Blimey Mark I am surprised that you haven't been to Peterborough as we have played there quite a few times, and I thought you had been to Brentford for our Carling cup game. Surprised also that you missed the games at Leicester and MK. I have quite a few photos of our fans outside the Market Porter in Borough Market before and after the Millwall game, but sadly none of our fans "mooning" at the Japanese tourists outside the Thameside pub.

Any of those away.
