Unless he's MTBing it, which wouldn't be the obvious choice, why has he chosen a route of over 1000miles when it can be done by road in just under 900? Seems a bit daft to try to complete something quicker than average by going further.

Fair play though, I'll bung something in to his just giving page this evening.
