That page apparently doesn't exist...?
We've taken him on because Macc are struggling financially, but he can play left back or left midfield and will "bomb on".

From a quick web trawl... Ex-Peterborough, joined Macc last summer and has done well - but with their finances in a bit of a state, they've been eager to cash in on him and get him off the wage bill. There was a lot of Football League interest in him after impressing against Bolton in the cup, and he was on trial with Colchester until recently. Loan is with a view to a permanent deal.

You can see a run and pass here at around 3 mins in.

Excited by this, hopefully he'll turn out to be another hidden gem pulled from the depths of non-league football. MY stating that a number of League One clubs were showing an interest can only be a positive thing!

No. He is a loan signing, probably quite cheap, and it seems to be a win-win situation.

Oh dear Leo, you have shattered an illusion, as I was under the impression that all players tried to do that.

sounds like another Sido type player. Does this put Lowe as centre back cover rather than left and right back cover (ie Lowe on the right, Sido on the left when there's no Jones)

Why do you assume that Lowe will only be cover ??Cheltenhamshire10 wrote:sounds like another Sido type player. Does this put Lowe as centre back cover rather than left and right back cover (ie Lowe on the right, Sido on the left when there's no Jones)

Do you think Lowe will displace Sido (or T. Brown).taxidave wrote:Why do you assume that Lowe will only be cover ??Cheltenhamshire10 wrote:sounds like another Sido type player. I didn't know that Cheltenham was a charity?Shade wrote:That page apparently doesn't exist...?

I would hope I would be right in thinking that Mark Yates got him as he thinks he will be an asset to the team.
hadn`t you noticed that we let Glos.use our facilities for a pittance ?RTT wrote:"I didn't know that Cheltenham was a charity?"Shade wrote:That page apparently doesn't exist...?

Not from some of your comments in the bar after the game.taxidave wrote:leohoenig wrote:Confirmation of signing

Lowe has been cover these last two seasons and I expect that to continue, he's a great player to have on the bench.

I'm sure he'll have to feature - Troy and Stevo won't last 46 games each.
And when he does he will be solid as always.
