Very...I've only just read the first few pages and must look at it in greater depth, but what I've read so far says 1 out of 17 FL2 respondents is in dire financial straits, on the verge of administration - and 25% of the same sample had borrowed, simply for cash-flow purposes, secured against their stadium. That's like paying your mortgage or rent with a credit card and a potential recipe for disaster. Interesting...will read the rest when I have more time. Good find, HP!
