No recent experience - last management post was in 2006 with Brentford - sacked after 16 matches without a win. All he's done since is be a pundit - done no coaching or be assistant anywhere.

I don't believe we would go for a cheap option the club has gone a lot more professional than that in recent times, we now pay good wages, have broken our transfer record and have a professional back room staff and youth system.
Although we may not go for a big name either, I think we would look at top non-league managers and coaches from higher leagues plus the usual suspsects like Ling, Rosenior etc.
