Was MY not on Crawleys wanted listed

Now they have sacked their manager I wonder if it would interest Mr Yates or if they would be interested in him

sounds like CTFC "The statistic of number of goals in games is not great admittedly, but at some point we have to pick up points and results. To do that you have to keep clean sheets."


He continued: "Earlier on in the season when we were scoring and conceding loads of goals people were asking about clean sheets.

"I do understand people want to come and see goals. We want to make it an entertaining place to come, but we have to grind out the odd result throughout 46 games in what is a long season."

The question was Yates a crawley target if it was posted in the wrong section other football can it be moved to CTFC chat.

We're dominating Google search these days. We were always number one hit when you search CTFC but for a time 18 months ago there was a battle going on and Crawley website sometimes snuck top spot. Churches Trust For Cumbria used to third or fourth but are nowhere to be seen now!

I don't see Crawley as a smaller club than club than Chelt - they were getting similar or higher attendances than us in L2 and they have had much more financial backing than us to push them upto L1. I know the original investors have pulled out, byt they are still holding their own in L1. I would say they are a similar size to Chelt, if not slightly bigger. Also, more players are likely to be attracted to Crawley's location than ours (Wes Thomas was 1 of them).

I would certainly see us as bigger than Crawley in terms of fan base!
