Interested to know people's thoughts on the reception Aaron Ramsey got today from the Cardiff fans after scoring?

I know it's slightly different but I for one got slated when I admitted applauding the Everton goals against us.

they applauded Ramsey as he was an ex CC player and he refused to celebrate his goal today. I'd never celebrate a goal from the opposition if that player had no direct link to CTFC unless it was one heck of a goal.. then it might get a bit of polite applause

I don't think any of us would 'celebrate' a goal by the opposition - but showing appreciation for something a bit special is surely okay? I've certainly applauded off a few opponents in my time.

If Keith bashed one in or McCann curled in a beauty, and both men did not celebrate out of respect then I would applaud. If a random Lancastrian scored the best goal of all time for some dirty Manc side I would not applaud.

So, it depends on the situation.
