I'll be attempting to purchase a coffee and chocolate bar on Boxing Day. They will have 10 mins before kick-off and 10 mins at half-time to try and sell me those items.

I will report back on whether they are fit for purpose or not.

Merry Christmas to the Hancox staff - always cheery

Good hot dogs. Lack of advertised home made pies only disappointment.

I too have too much time on me hands,....

I always think the fact that the hotdogs come with 11 metres of aluminium foil makes them outstanding value.

First thing's first... let's change the sign. Michael D'Agostino and Steven Gillespie, isn't it? Something like that.

Dave, a very wise observation. At their rate of use Alnmouth aluminium smelter will be coming out of mothballs. Fiscal stimulus at a community level. Impressive.

To be fair to them, it is necessary. It must be tricky to keep any semblance of warmth in a burger or hot-dog when you cook them off at 7.30am the previous day and place them in a "heated" cabinet. Still, at a mere £3.80 for a sweaty slice of Whiskas in a bun, what does one expect.
