Im sure i heard them mention at least two players that were on 4 on radio glos.maybe wrong.

Just checked stats Penn is only player.Cbb next on 3.Noble on seven so 3 more for a two match ban.

Noble's cards do not earn the "amnesty". There is a date after which ten cards for the season earns a ban. Those with less than 5 do not have the cards discarded, but receive a ban if they reach ten in total
