I would rather play someone above us as we will raise our game
Someone at the bottom and we will be sloppy and lazy and if they get in front we just do not have the brain or the brawn to get back into a game and win it

We have a defence leaking goals ( not helped by a non existing midfield) and we have 4 defenders on the books, 1 loan defender and 2 midfielders who are thought able to cover the defence.
The problem is we need those midfielders in midfield, not that they did much today

So we have 1 injured player and the whole team collapses.
We have 12 outfield players including noble and 2 goal keepers, 2 loan players who have not played 10 league games between them and a handful of youth with virtually no games
How can we be expected to do anything with this size of squad

Bring on Chesterfield and not the cobblers

We do appear to struggle to motivate ourselves against the worse teams.

Wearing the shirt should be motivating booster in itself. Seems some players just don't care for the club as we do. I like to see more local players at WR and all new players should have an induction about the history of the club and area.
