With Noble crocked would it be an idea to take Frankie Aartus on loan from austerity sticken Hereford and offer them Harry Williams or Dale or E Williams on loan ?
He can get box to box ,taclkle and head a ball and is quick.

Don't we have Lucas for that role short term?

We do indeed - reckon it could be extended - Noble's injury is starting to look like a season-ending injury.

After his last stint here, I'd be surprised to see Artus playing League football again.

Have I missed something I thought he was expected back within 1-2 weeks?

Watched a couple of Hereford games when they've been on bt sport and he hasn't been great.

One former player who could have done a job was Joss Labadie but he's signed for Torquay permanently now. Very good for this league in my opinion.

As for Noble, the injury does sound rather suspicious given it's not showing up on any scans. Just hope there is a loan termination clause.

Looked like a class act during his first spell. Not sure he had the work rate to make it, though.

Talking of left footers, our former target Luke Rooney has signed for Maidstone (yes, the chap from Swindon!!)
