I agree the only way he can be allowed to continue is if someone does the motivating and tactics for him, let Yates concentrate on player recruitment and anything else he is actually good at.

so we are going to spend a substantial amount on someone to hold MYs hand
they didnt for the last 3 and I see no point for the next
If Yates aint good enough get rid off, but I suspect we get value for money

Can't see them going down. Torquay and Exeter for me - but I'd love to see the Cobblers go.

Based on performances Mansfield and Pompey are the worst I have seen but I expect it to be Torquay and one of Exeter/Northampton.
