I can understand the appointment of a loan player for a month who is apparently getting over a hernia problem, I also have accepted the lack of a scoreboard but where is Whaddney. No mascot last two home games, poor show !!!!

I thought you were going to say he had fallen off his perch
Or been replaced by a budgie or a ruby or a jesters cap

To be honest Whaddney is a bit cringey isn't he?

I love a good football mascot - no point having them if they aren't in ludicrous costumes like Whaddney is.

There is a reason he is one of the five mascot used on the default Football League Show image, because he is one of the five best.

Image I refer to seen here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00mfmt9" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

He's far better than just getting a fat bloke to wear a replica strip, stick a bowler hat on his head and make him carry a brief case...

Mascots are for the under 5's. Cant see no logic discussing Whaddney on a forum for 13's and over....also my spellchecker goes all bitchy when I type Whaddney.
