It's a dead rubber so an ideal opportunity for GJ to drop the dead wood and rotten apples, get the kids in and send a statement of intent for next season. Might get beat, but I'd rather that than see the like of CBB and Richards anywhere near the team.

May they never darken our door again.

It would give those fans who travel a team to get behind and start rebuilding the fractured relationship between the team and the support.

Drop the dead wood and bad apples - but don't reveal the team until everybody's at Wimbledon. Those not in the XVI can stand behind the goal with the dozen or so fans who bother to travel.

I thought Deaman did well today against 4 of the best strikers in the division.

Yes, very strong today and when in doubt he cleared it over the stand. Still young with plenty of potential

He defended quite well, his ball distribution is dreadful.

Deaman is awful, can't fault the effort but never a league standard player, like so many of them.
