40.53% of WR's capacity was sold on average last season (for our games, anyway!), meaning 76 teams had fuller grounds than us in the FL. This doesn't really prove anything, except for a couple of clubs like Carlisle used to be big but have fallen on lean times, and that Portsmouth still sold around 75% of their capacity even after a couple of seasons down in League Two, not that they had a big ground by Premier League standards in the first place.
