So we won the game yesterday with a rare bullet header. Not seen too many of those over the years. Who can remember some of those golden moments ? I recall one by big Julian Alsop v Bristol City 02/03 season at home that almost bust the net !
Anyone else recall such rarities ?

And when was the last time we scored with two headers in one match ?

Alsop's winner v Brentford after McCann had been sent off is the one I most recall. He seemed to hang in the air and the ball went horizontally off his head at a helluva pace.

I recall a decent header from Duff in April '99 but struggling to think of many to be honest.
Did Burgess get a header versus Torquay in the play off semi?

Damian Spencer, last minute header vs Bournemouth from a Sos Yao cross to win 1-0, probably 2007/2008 ish.

17th Feb 2007 to be precise but don't recall the goal. Not sure if a team with Damian and Sos in it would beat Bournemouth now !

Last week against Southport...Downes and Morgan-Smith...
Both from corners, for whoever it was in another thread asking when the last time we scored from a corner was...

Also Hector vs Martin Allen's Gillingham was a good'un.

Kaid's against Northampton in the Play-off semi would have been the most bullet of bullet headers had it gone in. I think the bar is still rattling now.
