He basically sympathised with the fans, who he felt have every right to be angry with the team's performance, which he described as inept from beginning to end.

I'm not having a go at only Russ,but I though it was the managers pre match job to motivate the team.
In fairness Russ has been in charge for two away matches against very decent teams and it would help our cause immensely if we had a bettter strike force.
Who would have thought that Dan Holman would look so out of sorts this season?
