Agree, one of the worst sides to come to Whaddon Road this season and started the year as one of the favourites for the drop. I would assume they are operating on a small budget too given their crowds so whoever is in charge has done a great job there.darreno wrote:We just need to be solid and unspectacular, like Stevenage. Maybe one of the worst performances by an away team at WR: league table suggests they o e of the best sides to visit.
Yes, Stevenage turned up for a midweek fixture seemingly determined to stop us playing and go home with a point, which they achieved. They came here with no attacking intent and the game was frustrating and dire to watch. One of the worst teams to visit this season, so I'm amazed they are in fourth place. They must have improved beyond recognition during the second half if the season.
