That's one in the eye for Trev if he looks up just as Solly is 'dropping' by - putting The Poolies even further in the guano ;)

I don't like the sound of that:

"We saw a reaction from them straight away and it's carried on," said the 30-year-old.

"We've had another good session today.

"We've planned our sessions on how we are going to play on Saturday and it's worked well, the players have responded.

To be fair, what else are they going to say to the media? "The lads have been fighting all week and half of them can't wait to get off to another club once we're down."

You can never take these interviews at face value. It's like a boxers pre fight media. The camps have always been the best they have ever had and they are in the best shape of their lives. Then after the fight, you hear about an injury or things that went wrong.

These media sessions are always a game in kidology.
