Would be nice to get something from this game, though I suspect it will be one way traffic towards our goal! I think there's a fair chance Pompey could be crowned champions so I expect an exciting game and decent atmosphere for those lucky enough to be in attendance.

I know we sold out our allocation but how many tickets did they give us? I'd imagine no more than 500. Still, a decent effort from the Robins fans on what could well be our last ever league visit to Portsmouth.

Yes 500 tickets was all we got, good luck to those who managed to get one - I didn't.

Portsmouth see this as a nailed on three points, I hope we can provide them with a match which should ramp up the atmosphere at FP, I'm really looking forward to it (sorry Robin).

Another 200 have been made available, I understand.

Really wanted to go but after Saturday I can't see anything but an absolute hammering!

Pompy with a title to play for, our lads relaxed mentally after a massive effort last week, a big wide pitch and our narrow diamond in full glory. Quarter back Rowe spraying balls around with Cranners trying some crunching tackles to earn himself a new deal......

Could be double figures.

Diamond is in the past thank goodness. 4-4-2 saved us in the nick of time.

Pressure off our boys. Let's play with relaxed confidence.

Portsmouth have never beaten us, (all games drawn)
I recall two league defeats by Grimsby in 2005-6, and others before that

We should play the trending 4-2-3-1 system which gives protection for the defence and makes you more competitive in midfield. But it depends on quality of players and we just don`t have the finance.

3-5-2, 5-3-2, 3-2-3-2, or whatever you want to call it.

Always gives you a spare CB and CM whilst keeping the crucial width and two up front.

That system got us in the bottom two. We only escaped in April with 4 4 2.

Players weren't good enough. After a summer of rebuilding, backed by good season ticket sales, the quality in the squad will be there.

3-5-2 should provide plenty of width but we seemed to get overrun easily although I think that owed more to having square pegs in round holes
