1,000 sold!

Only 1000? That's shocking. I would certainly be very reluctant to say that after a poor season that's pretty good numbers. I would hate to think we may sell more than this. What are people thinking? The marketing is poor. Please, everyone, get a grip.

Here is hoping most fans can look at positives for the future. New board members, no groundshare, and Gary setting about building a squad like he did two years ago.CTFC03 wrote:1000 sold is nothing short of outstanding considering the season we've just had.
...I am pleasantly surprised even though I'm not one of them and traditionally they do extend the deadline for a week or so.
Although season ticket prices have been frozen, has the same been announced regarding turnstile prices?
If the average cost paid for a season ticket is £300 or so every hundred (£30K) nearly pays for a players annual wage.

......after much deliberation I'm one of the thousand! There was slow but steady activity in the ticket office yesterday morning. Certainly can only hope the total creeps up to match at least last year. But a far better season expected.

Lincoln City have sold over 4,200 that's impressive.
I bet Grimsby are even more miserable than they usually are at that news.
As for Lincoln, talk about riding the wave...spend their cup money and keep selling those season tickets and they could be challenging at the top end of League 1 at the end of next season.
