Any thoughts from anyone who went? How did the trialist do? Managed to see the goals 2 great finishes so hopefully match sharpness is improving. Also where is Dawson I thought he was due back by now at this rate he will stuggle to be ready by the start of the season.

GJ stated Dawson would sit out the Cleeve and Evesham games as a precaution, I'm guessing Holman and Forster were maybe sore or had slight knocks so sat out.

From healers video good finish my Eisa. Hoping he carries this on against the bigger teams. Could be a real find.

The likes of Holman and Forster will be starting and playing the majority of the game at Cleeve, I thought. Can't give everyone 90 mins in one match so they're being split.

They both played 45 minutes each at Cleeve Shade. Holman didn't look right against Cleeve though in that he didn't really get into the game so potentially he was carrying a knock.

Edit. In JP's latest article it states Holman will start against Bath and also mentions Garita is a primary target for us on loan.

Bath, that's who I meant, not Cleeve. Being on holiday last week I'm forgetting who we've played and are still to play.

Garita signing in the first week of August. I thought that had been established on here some time ago.

Will be good to see Carl back all sorted asap.

I think he will be an important player for us this season.

I do worry who covers Winchester in that creative central midfield slot, based on the Cleeve game GJ was trying out Sellars but he seemed lost to me on those forty five minutes and his final ball was left wanting too often.

I'd like to see more of these attempts on goal rather than trying to find the pass by holding it up, have a go!!

Imo the pass for Wright's second superb goal was also superb.
An inch perfect pass, whilst not making Wright's job easy but
definitely easier
