OMG... I was in a direct line with the build-up to the second goal. How did he fail to spot that the runner was fully FIVE YARDS offside??? We were already a goal down and didn't look like scoring even if we'd have played for three days - but that one killed us.

What runner? Grimes gave the ball away and top-knot ran and shot? I can't believe Grimes didn't just go for the ball though instead of playing both of their guys onside, giving top-knot an option and making it harder for himself.

Grimes was in a state of panic.

Yup, when we should have been ahead in the game cruising with no panic. The whole situation would have been avoided had attackers not failed and messed up so much earlier.

Row Z would have avoided the situation or upfield. Safety first is basic for a defender. The other 89 minutes is a different discussion.

Their player was in his own half in the build up to the second goal so not offside. All on Grimes that one I'm afraid.
