Definitely, he's only 22 so a long way from his peak and already our best defender. Winnie, Nige and Jerrell should be talked into staying also.

I'm surprised he's not been offered one already, I know we are more protected and would get compensation due to his age but getting him and Winnie signed up is vital, he's our best centre half.

Will must be contracted if we have any ambition,he is nearly 2years younger than Shaun Raggett who joined Norwich for est.£250,000 from Lincoln and imo.a better footballer.
