This article may explain why Taylor Moore is consistently picked despite a number of dodgy performances and costly errors.

As we are seeing loan fees and now charges for not fielding loan players should the whole system simply be scrapped?

Nothing new.

It is a case finances. Would the loan fee and fine still be less than if City had a similar permanent player being paid during May, June and July with no games being played. If so then financially better off.
