Capacity is the least of the concerns. Off the field revenue and financial sustainability is the reason we need a new stand.

Too much longer without a new stand and the table and results you will be prioritising will be in the Conference or lower.
We aren't going to get relegated because of a 50 year old stand lol!
Sooner or later we will if every club in our division ends up with higher income streams than we do.

You can reduce that fee if Directors choose to call in the loans.
