It's been about 8 years since I've posted on here, but seeing as it's quiet and the following conundrum helped me get to sleep last night, I thought I'd come out from the bushes and break my tradition as an observer.

What's your best Cheltenham 11, incorporating any current or former player, permanent and loanees? I thought it was an interesting one as you can interpret 'best' in a few ways, and came up with the following:

(England inspired 3-5-2)

GK Jack Butland

RWB Brian Wilson
CB Conor Goldson
CB Michael Duff
CB Michael Hector
LWB Jamie Victory

CM Marlon Pack
CM Grant McCann
CM Karl Henry

F Kayode Odejayi
F Mo Eisa

Difficult to argue with that eleven; but I would have Alsopp & Naylor on the bench!
Who would your manager be?

And the man who made all those goals for them, Lee Williams.

I think I'd take a fit Gillespie over Odejayi due to his ability to create something from nothing, and Odejayi's tendency to do all the hard work and then miss the target.

In my time supporting the club, and in their time at the club (for example Butland now would trump any of our past keepers, but in his time here wasn't the best we've ever had):

Brown

Jombati
Bennett - captain
Duff (M)
Victory

Wilson
McCann
Finnigan
Milton

Grayson
Gillespie
