He's not got many wrong over the years. Particularly those he says we will sign as opposed to those we are linked with
I don't doubt he could well be right - he (and everyone else, I'm sure) has many more 'sources' than I do (to clarify, I have zero such sources.) What irritates me is rumour, conjecture and hearsay presented as 'fact' that we can all make plans for.
Nothing to do with football - it's in everything (one of many, many, reasons why I found both campaigns before the EU referendum so horrific.)

I dont think its an industrial estate but buildings on the Bath uni campus. Only been there twice many years ago, but thats my quessasl wrote:Some cracking packed out stadia in there!
