Two ex loans on the move in last day or so.

Ilias to Panathaniakos on permanent deal.

Jack Dunn signs permanently for Warrington Town

Surprised how quickly Dunn is slipping down the leagues.

Where is Billy Waters going to ply his trade this season.

Does anyone know where he has got to??

Apparently Waters is available to leave from Northampton not expected to feature in their first eleven.

If Northampton are willing to sell Waters; would we have him back?

No can't see how he gets in our team this season to be honest especially if McCoulskey signs.

Jack Dunn's descent is surprising ; thought he would have a career at championship level at each

Agree utterly baffling especially when Lloyd James was last seen in league one and Kevin Stewart in the Championship, during the loan neither looked anywhere near the level of Dunn.

Maybe his application in training or fitness isn’t there? Maybe he hasn’t got any stronger or bulkier so just can’t compete on the professional pitch. Maybe his confidence is shot and he struggles to perform.

Who knows. Could be anything. But that’s football.

You mean Lloyd Jones, Robin. Billy Waters would add nothing to our squad.

If we were short on options I would have him back, we're not short of options so I personally wouldn't but rate him highly.

The fact that he's signed for Panathinaikos simply confirms the quality we all knew Ilias possessed. I really enjoyed watching his performances and progress during his time at Whaddon Road.

And to think some thought we could simply ‘sign him on’. Lol.

Not even if we were willing to pay, say 61.7% of Undisclosed Fee?

...looking at Maccas result at Swindon- they conceded 2 penalties (neither involved Grimes :-) ) in the 98th and 100th minute!

Elijah Adebayo and McGlashan starting for Swindon and Crimes and Koby Arthur for Magda.

Holman and Wright both goalless and subbed on their debuts.

One of our loans last year made his Swansea debut today and apparently had a good game. Looked shaky for us so am pleased he's been given a go

Hells bells, he was garbage for us, but pleased for him, well done. Another ex loanee who had a superb game this weekend was Johnny Smith, alas against us at Tranmere, he was awesome

+.others given games as youngsters by Exeter:Ethan Ampadu,Tom Nicholls,Matt Grimes and David Wheeler. It can be an advantage to have to give kids a chance ?

...notice Luke Garbutt is on a season long loan at Oxford.
Last season he was at Wigan and managed 8 appearances.
Seems his career has stalled after being given a five year contract at Everton in 2015.
