From what I can glean over last four months it seems you can succeed in this field with little or no strategy, planning, leadership skills, PR skills or commercial acumen.

An interesting junction in your career path. Just a couple of points; have you studied the market signals? Have you identified the best place to be stationed? Good decisions and you will have a good platform to build on and can set off on the right track with less chance of your business hitting the buffers.
