the current rules make it hell for the little clubs as we have found having to run with large squads to cover injuries etc. If loans were allowable outside of windows then it would make for a more transient squad.

The bigger clubs will go with that. Anything to make it look as if they're trying to bring through young players.

There we were thinking it was only clubs managed by the devil Gary Johnson who assembled large squads.

When in fact it is just a part of life in the lower leagues!
