Honest and often witty interview with the captain here, also admitting he struggled in a two man central midfield role: http://bit.ly/TozerAtHome" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

He's been a revelation since moving to the back and clearly better suited to playing in a three than in a two either in midfield or defence.

Tozer has become Mr Dependable and must be the Manager’s first name on the team sheet now. Another serious contender for Player of the Season.

Although Bury fans loathed and decried the tactic, Tozer is also a formidable weapon in attack when it’s needed. No better way of unlocking a stubborn defence when seeing a Tozer guided missile launched from the sideline.

Boyle and Tozer are forming a powerful partnership at the heart of our defence.

Raglan, yes, decent, but he’s a loan player currently.

Yes, but apparently here basically on trial as he's a free agent in the summer and Oxford aren't going to keep him. I'd snap him up.

It was remarked to me on Saturday that Raglan has a touch of the Rob Dickie about him. The calm tackling, the composed poise and strength. Sign him up.

Raglan’s distribution is better than dickie. What a ball in for boyles header this week

As for Tozer and co - if we are to go up next year we will need someone else, what I am calling a ‘Mullins-Mark-2’ - that is, someone who can do what Mullins promised but for whatever reason has not delivered. A proven league 1/ top of league 2 experienced defender who will lead our defence and bully the opposition. Add that to Boyle, Tozer and raglan, long, flinders and hussey and we’ll be hard to beat
