Bower can hardly have any complaints. Seems a lot of work has been put into him, but will little improvement, evident

I'm curious to know the full story behind Bower's time at Cheltenham. He was seemingly destined for a big future but each manager always caveated this statement with concerns about development.

I worked with an old friend of his and he always seemed to be bemoaning the fact he couldn't get games. By all accounts he nearly left last summer, so him going this summer doesn't surprise me in the slightest.

What's the hold up with the list then ?

Perhaps there is some serious negotiating going on, but we'll know soon hopefully. Action on the pitch now over for a couple of months, but I always enjoy the close season speculation from our intrepid Echo correspondent.
