Not sure I'd want us looking in non-league to improve the team, it's true there are some gems but usually you have to pay a fee for those. How many of our Championship team made it only Pell and Waters.

Seventy ish league appearances .He is hardly a novice.

Not convinced he's what we need but willing to give him a try as he'll no doubt be cheap.

Edit. Just looked through and he's been heavilly linked with Orient (watched them at their Wembley FA Trophy), also Solihull Moors, Chesterfield, Barnet and Grimsby.
