Cheltenham Town are saddened to report that one of the club's leading players from the 1950s, Rex Dunlop, has passed away at the age of 91. Our thoughts and condolences go out to his family and friends at this sad time.
I remember him, what a class act he was. RIP Rex Dunlop

Played right-half and was captain also if I remember correctly.
Sad news
Lets hope the Former Player association can get some of these older players to games next season so us older fans can remissness and also give them a thank you for being part of our history. Its nice too see former players but I always hope that they are from earlier times than 1998.

Would be great to see the likes of Steve Brooks and Anton Vircavs at Whaddon Road again.
And even Ronnie Radford one day maybe ?
