Just thinking ahead for the new season and recognising there is still some weeks left of the transfer window, but would anyone disagree with the below assumptions?

Teams likely to challenge: Plymouth, Mansfield

Teams unlikely to threaten either end: Cheltenham, Forest Green, Orient, Crewe, Stevenage, Swindon, Oldham and Scunthorpe.

Teams likely to struggle: Carlisle, Morecambe, Crawley, Grimsby, Cambridge, Port Vale, Walsall and Macclesfield.

Unsure at this moment (could go in any bucket): Salford, Northampton, Newport, Exeter, Colchester, Bradford.

Id put it like this;

Teams likely to challenge: Plymouth, Mansfield, Exeter, Colchester, Bradford.

Teams unlikely to threaten either end: Cheltenham, Forest Green, Orient, Crewe, Stevenage, Swindon, Oldham, Scunthorpe, Salford, Newport,

Teams likely to struggle: Carlisle, Morecambe, Crawley, Grimsby, Cambridge, Port Vale, Walsall, Macclesfield, Northampton

League Two is unpredictable enough, let alone before squads are complete and balls kicked.

All I will say is:

Duff is taking the Robins up.

Morecambe are finally going to go down.

Anything else can happen and it won’t be until we see which players and random signings click and hit good form and which don’t before we know which clubs will be challenge or struggle.

Difficult to predict how things will go. Bradford and Northampton have signed some interesting players. Interesting to see how Smith performs for the cobblers a player who was on our radar. Stevenage another side might be worth an outside bet, and a total outsider who may surprize a few could be Crawley
