A different left back close to signing today according to JP, which is why Harper has not been offered anything.

Pring was originally in our youth team then Bristol paid us a fee, we had him back on loan under GJ too so it would make sense. Morton I think was at Forest Green. Have they both been released as presumably we are not paying a fee for either.

I just checked and James Morton is on trial at MK Dons currently, Pring looks like he's still got another year on his Bristol City deal.

Pring came on loan under Michael Duff, not Gary Johnson.

Could be Pring then I guess, only made a handful of appearances on loan at Pompey last season but he's still young and has potential to improve.

I assume that means Duff must have another LB lined up. A free agent would make sense as I can't see many teams willing to loan out a player who will be a back up to Hussey.
