Unchanged for the first time this season. It's amazing we are currently 12th, even if we had a fully fit squad every week.

Vassells got to burying one of those

Got a feeling this isn't going to be our day already. Two sitters missed by Vassell, Crowley not getting into it at all, 1 down to a simple ball over the top. Good finish but centre backs went missing.

What were the sitters like?

Started well but Vassell has to score one of those. All Doncaster since the goal, they don't look a bad side to be honest.

Two identical chances, long throw flicked on to the far post and scuffed wide. If he gets a proper connection on either it's a goal.

Unmarked with time or under pressure/ being closed?

Bit like Tuesday night in the first half, feels like a few players need to wake up. Things like leaving the ball thinking it's going out for a throw but a Donnie player gets to it before it goes. Crowley, Joseph and Vassell are having very poor games at the moment, and the rest aren't far in front!

Second completely unmarked, tried a sode scissor kick and mishit across the goal. Forest he got to first but just mishit wide. Make no mistake, both would have been scored on another day.

This performance is almost as bad as Sunderland, considering the difference between them and Doncaster.

Like a few years ago, it looks like we are going to get stuffed anytime we go north of Birmingham. This is so "us", to be 2-0 down against bottom of the table rubbish, who had only scored 6 all season, after consecutive wins.

Well that was an absolute shambles. Three of ours under no pressure should have cleared the last corner or even just left it to go out for a goal kick. No communication, another corner conceded and they score from a free header.

We’re playing like a side who’ve been told that we’re playing the bottom team in the league.
I’ve yet to be impressed by Vassell, two decent chances and getting beaten to the header for their second goal. I would think Duffo will be most unimpressed with our defending of the goals.
Hopefully an early second half goal for us might chip away at Doncaster’s confidence but it just shows that in league one you have to be on form no matter who you play. Very disappointed.

It seems that if we are at one of the big teams in form we almost turn up with the mindset of we have lost once we concede, and if we go to a team at/near the bottom we almost seem to think we will walk it if we put in a so-so performance. Can we only have games against teams between 6th and 18th, please...

We seem to be completely incapable of winning a tackle and then retaining possession from it.

I know he said it to avoid complacency, but did Duff going on about how much of a bigger club Doncaster are than us make the players too cautious?

It's not made a difference to the score, but this ref has been an almighty cockend. Not given us one decision all day.

A penalty. No Thomas. Who will miss this then.

Sercombe's other penalty, against Southend, was also bad.

Un-fcking-believable. The chances we've had today we could've scored 5. How has May missed the rebound?

He never looked like scoring. We've got 4 forwards on why is Sercombe taking it? How can we not get the rebound in? This r eally hasn't been our day

Came at him quick and bouncing. He's quite small...don't think he can really be blamed. Pure reaction. The awful penalty was the problem.

Can’t believe what I’m watching. Tuesday it looked like we had the start of something wonderful. Today it looks like the players have just met each other for the first time!

Sounds awful. Surely Chapman or Joseph should be taking it.

I also read Sercombe hit the bar earlier too.

Doncaster aren't helping themselves keeping it so open.

Well f#!$ me. We scored a goal. Tbh, keep attacking and by the chances we have already had we can still get a draw here because their confidence will go. But our tackling is so incredibly inept that Donnie are just as likely to get a 4th.

Has Norton done anything at all in his performances yet? This currently appears to be fizzling out.
